Asian Flavored Salmon, Rice and Vegetables
RECIPE
- Cut the salmon fillets into cubes.
- Finely chop the garlic clove, then mix with soy sauce, oil, lemon juice and pinch of salt.
- Marinate the salmon cubes and leave to rest in the fridge for at least half an hour.
- Peel the carrots and cut into cubes.
- Cut the belly pepper and the onion as well.
- Cook the vegetables in 1 tbsp oil and 3 tbsp of water for 10 minutes. Stir from time to time.
- Add the broccoli florets then cook for 7 minutes. You may add a little bit of water. Stir from time to time.
- The vegetables should not be too tender. They should be slightly crunchy.
- Cook the rice as indicated on its package. Usually, you have too cook 1 ratio of rice into 2 ratios of lightly salted water.
- Cook the marinated salmon on a non stick pan, on medium heat.
- Place the rice on the presentation plate, and top it with salmon and vegetables.
- Sprinkle with some sesame seeds and some drop of soy sauce before presenting.
