I tried for you these guilt-free cookies made of banana and oatmeal.
RECIPE
- 160°C
- 25 min.
- Pre-heat your oven at 160°C.
- Peel your ripe bananas and crush with a fork.
- Mix the banana with vanilla extract, honey and peanut butter.
- Add oatmeal, chocolate chips and nuts then mix well with a spoon.
- Form balls then flatten to form your desired cookies.
- Bake on a parchment paper for 20 to 30 minutes at 160°C.
