Spritz Biscuits
An easy recipe of buttery and crispy biscuits, decorated with chocolate.
RECIPE
- Cream the butter with icing sugar and salt until creamy and well combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract then mix until well combined.
- Add the flour.
- Mix well and add 1 tsp of milk.
- Put the dough in an icing bag with a star piping nozzle.
- Shape your biscuits directly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
- Dip half of each biscuit in melted chocolate.
