250g of mascarpone cheese
125g of double cream
300g of fresh strawberries

Whip the double cream then add gently the icing sugar.
Add the mascarpone cheese and whip.
Cut the strawberries.
Alternate the strawberries and the mascarpone cream in the glasses.
You can add crumbled Speculoos cookies.
